SIMON & SIMON SECURES $3 MILLION SETTLEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT, FOUR DAYS INTO TRIAL

$3,000,000 settlement in Construction Accident.  The settlement supports injured young father after career-ending construction-site incident; additional undisclosed amounts resolved with other defendants. The Plaintiff was working at the site when a piece of framing lumber was thrown from a fourth floor, striking him and causing severe, lasting injuries. The impact resulted in significant nerve damage and ongoing pain and limitation in his upper extremity (brachial plexus injury and thoracic outlet syndrome).
