Renee L. Rodrigues is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where she focuses her practice on personal injury litigation. With extensive experience representing clients on both sides of the bar, she has successfully resolved numerous cases through litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
Ms. Rodrigues began her legal career at a prominent Massachusetts law firm, advocating for clients in negligence matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product defect claims. She later expanded her practice to include probate litigation, representing individuals in complex disputes involving allegations of fraud, undue influence, and tortious interference with gifts and inheritances. Most recently, she served as a senior associate at a large defense firm, representing insurance companies and their insureds in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including automobile, premises liability, construction, and general liability defense.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Ms. Rodrigues is a graduate of King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with minors in Psychology and Legal Studies, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Ms. Rodrigues earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where she received distinction in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. During law school, she served as an Evidence teaching assistant for the Honorable Isaac Borenstein (Ret.) and was a certified student prosecutor under SJC Rule 3:03 with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, handling criminal cases in the East Boston Division of the Boston Municipal Court.
Ms. Rodrigues is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
