Michael Martinez is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Michael is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Simon & Simon, Michael was a City Solicitor and Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. As a Solicitor, Michael advocated on behalf of children in the city’s child welfare system. As a prosecutor, he sought justice for victims of armed robbery, aggravated assault, and other violent crimes.
Michael is a native of South Florida and graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from William& Mary Law School. As a student, he was a member of the Center for Legal and Court Technology. There, he was one of the first students to use holographic technology to conduct remote direct and cross examinations of witnesses in mock trials.
