Kelsey Krier is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where she focuses her practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey was a partner at a boutique Philadelphia workers’ compensation defense firm and previously worked for a prominent national insurance company. She also clerked for the Honorable Benjamin S. Bucca, Jr. in the Middlesex County Criminal Division in New Jersey.
Kelsey earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations from West Chester University, her law degree from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Animal Law from Lewis & Clark Law School. She is currently a board member of Charlie’s Kitchen, a nonprofit founded by her grandparents with the mission of feeding the local community, and is deeply committed to animal advocacy.
