Tiffany Kuperschmidt is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where she concentrates her practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Ms. Kuperschmidt served a one-year term as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable James R. Swift, Civil Part Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court of Cumberland County. During her time as a Judicial law Clerk, Ms. Kuperschmidt assisted in various court proceedings and trials involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents and medical malpractice. In addition to her responsibilities as a Judicial Law Clerk, Ms. Kuperschmidt also served as a certified mediator, successfully mediating cases in the Special Civil and Landlord-Tenant parts of the Superior Court of New Jersey. 

Ms. Kuperschmidt graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Research Assistant for Professor Craig Green focusing on constitutional law, and interned for three years with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project concentrating on juvenile life sentences and post-conviction relief rights of those who took a guilty pleas but maintain actual innocence. Upon graduation, Ms. Kuperschmidt received a certificate as a Fellow in the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society.  

Ms. Kuperschmidt is a native of South Jersey and graduated from Eastern Regional High Schools in Voorhees, NJ. Ms. Kuperschmidt attended Lehigh University, graduating with High Honors  and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies and Global Studies. Ms. Kuperschmidt also holds a Certificate in Global Citizenship form Lehigh.  Ms. Kuperschmidt is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
