Patrick Manning is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. Manning represents victims for all manners of injuries, including those caused by motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, he spent four and a half years representing injured plaintiffs at a firm in Ohio. He also represented municipal clients for several years at a firm in downtown Pittsburgh, before turning his focus to injury victims.

Patrick grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from John Carroll University in Cleveland in 2003. He went on to earn a Master’s in Irish Studies from the National University of Ireland, Galway, the following year. After returning home and working for several years in the admissions office of his undergraduate alma mater, Patrick went back to school and earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, he worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Legal Researching and Writing Department and served as Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review, where he had a Case Note and Comment published.

Patrick is admitted to practice throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Ohio, as well as federal court in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
